This includes filling of hot and cold water tanks, checking for leaks in exposed piping. Visual inspection of interior walls for cracks or shifting, visual inspection of interior windows. Exterior inspection of exposed foundation or piers for cracks or shifting, inspection of exterior siding, roofs and window screens.
For winter closings, we will drain all hot and cold water tanks, blow out water lines with compressed air, drain and fill all p-traps and drains with environmentally friendly anit-freeze.
